This document provides guidance for certification of the design and fabrication of stationary tanks and process containers required in Schedule 8 of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004 (as amended), in particular clauses 91, 92 and 94.
